Ogbonna Igbokwe

Ogbonna Igbokwe started their work experience in 2018 as an IT Support Specialist at Interconnect Clearing House Nigeria Limited. During their time there, they handled calls, set up workstations, and provided solutions regarding network connectivity. In 2020, they joined Cedarview Communication Limited as a Switch Engineer/Voice Solution Architect, where they onboarded clients, handled calls, and configured and maintained workstations and networking devices. In their role as Team Lead, Switch Engineer/Voice Solution Architect, they also troubleshooted and resolved problem tickets. Currently, in 2022, Ogbonna is working at Trilogy as an L2 TELCO SUPPORT. Ogbonna'sresponsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving problem tickets, using database management tools, and resolving issues with Windows Command Prompt/MacOS Terminals.

Ogbonna Igbokwe completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Physics- Electronics and IT Application from Covenant University, a four-year program which they attended from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they obtained a BASIC CERTIFICATION from 3CX in May 2022.
