Tim Welsh

Tim Welsh has a diverse work experience in the development and real estate industry. Tim is currently working as the SVP, Design Build and Contract Bid & General Manager at TriMark West since July 2022. Prior to that, they held roles such as Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President Development at Crunch Fitness from May 2021 to July 2023, and Chief Development Officer at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation from October 2020 to May 2021. Tim also served as the Vice President Real Estate & Development at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, Vice President of Development at sweetgreen, and Sr. Director Store Development at Walgreens. Additionally, Tim worked as the Vice President, Architecture and Engineering at WD Partners and founded their own development and real estate investment firm called Urban Vision Development, LLC. Overall, their experience spans across strategic planning, business development, architecture, engineering, and real estate investment.

Tim Welsh earned a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree in Architecture from The Ohio State University in 1995. Tim subsequently pursued a Master of Architecture degree from the same institution, completing it in 1998.
