Chris Diers

Chris Diers has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Chris began their career at IRI in 1994, where they worked in various roles as a Project Manager, primarily supporting analytics and later in database solutions. Chris was promoted multiple times and managed a team.

In 2008, Chris joined Crown Imports, LLC as the Manager of Sales and Execution Planning. Chris supported strategic sales goals for various channels and developed forecasting models, scorecards, and custom metrics. Chris also delivered training on the use of syndicated data and standardized metrics.

Chris then moved to Mike's Hard Lemonade in 2013, where they first served as the Manager of Category Development. Chris provided consumer insights and quantitative reviews of sales data to support the growth of shelf space and distribution. Later that year, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Business Analytics and led a team of business analysts. Chris tracked KPIs, delivered in-depth analytical information, and created scorecards for senior executives and sales management.

In 2015, Chris joined Beam Suntory as the Sr. Manager Comercial Selling Resources/Project Lead. Chris worked on driving sales resources and developing sales stories with consumer insights and analytics for media, retailers, and distributors. Chris also led a project on highball machine implementation and beverage strategy.

Most recently, in 2019, Chris joined Trinchero Family Estates as the Sr Manager Shopper Insights. Chris'sresponsibilities in this role include utilizing insights and analytics to support category growth.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, consumer insights, and sales strategy.

Chris Diers holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing and English Literature from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In June 2019, they obtained a certification in Shane Snow on Storytelling from LinkedIn.
