Kent Mann

Vice President, Operations at Trinchero Family Estates

Kent Mann has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Kent began their career as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, where they served in various divisions and eventually became an Operations Officer. After leaving the Navy, they worked as a Military Advisor/Instructor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia before transitioning into Operations Management and Supervision at Guardian Industries. Kent then joined Gallo Glass as a leader in Operations and Process Management, focusing on hot end process improvement and quality control. Mann then moved to E. & J. Gallo Winery, where they held several senior leadership positions, including Plant Manager, Senior Director of Operations, and Senior Director of Supply Chain Logistics. In these roles, they oversaw the production, processing, and shipping of wine and spirits, managed large budgets and teams, and contributed to Gallo's domestic products. Currently, Mann is the Vice President of Operations at Trinchero Family Estates, where they lead a broad organization responsible for environmental health and safety, engineering, production, purchasing, customer service, and logistics. Throughout their career, Mann has demonstrated a commitment to serving and developing their teams.

Kent Mann attended Central Kitsap High School from 1979 to 1980. Kent then went on to study Political Science at the United States Naval Academy from 1980 to 1984, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
