Nicola Duffy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicola started their career at Medtronic Vascular in 2005 as a Training Instructor and later became a Training Coordinator, responsible for coordinating training in production areas and ensuring compliance.

In 2012, Nicola worked as a Training Consultant for their own business, where they created and delivered a medical devices training module for the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing industry.

Nicola then joined Valeo in 2012 as a Training, Development & IP Manager, where they created a training plan and tracked training requirements using the PeopleSoft system. Nicola also managed a Further Education Scheme and developed training programs in partnership with business leaders and SMEs.

In 2014, Nicola became a Training Developer at Trinchero Family Estates, where they worked on a PASware/SAP automated warehouse project. Nicola created a training strategy and curriculum, trained future trainers, and developed training content. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Training and Development Manager, leading a matrix training organization and designing standardized training programs.

Finally, Nicola held the role of Project Manager, Product Lifecycle Management at Trinchero Family Estates. Nicola led cross-functional project teams and facilitated communication and decision-making with internal and external stakeholders.
