Tracy Reed, MBA, PMP has over 13 years of experience in business analysis and project management. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Odysseus Consulting as a Business Analyst and Project Lead, where they managed Information Business Systems projects and incorporated Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS) Governance. Tracy also played a key role in translating business needs with informatics and various business groups to ensure accuracy and completeness of user requirements. Additionally, Tracy led software systems validation efforts by authoring, reviewing, and executing various tests and specifications.

In 2010, Tracy joined Trinchero Family Estates as a Senior Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager. In this role, they successfully implemented multiple full-life cycle Enterprise QC Informatics Software Solutions.
