Carin Zubillaga, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human capital professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Transition Strategy at TriNet since 2004, Carin Zubillaga leads a team that provides strategic support to sales colleagues, aimed at reducing time to close and addressing complex issues for a smooth onboarding process and exceptional customer experience. Prior to TriNet, Carin Zubillaga held positions including Director of Human Capital SE and Principal Human Capital Consultant at Randstad from 1998 to 2004, as well as a Senior Agent role. Carin Zubillaga holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Florida.
