Douglas Carl

Douglas Carl is an experienced benefits management professional currently serving as the Director of Benefits Management at TriNet since March 2016, where responsibilities include managing carrier relationships and overseeing the implementation of benefits strategies for over 300,000 employees across more than 10,000 client employers. Prior to TriNet, Douglas held various leadership roles at Teleflex Incorporated from 1999 to 2015, contributing to the management of global benefits programs and achieving significant advancements in employee retirement participation and benefits integration during mergers and acquisitions. Douglas's earlier experience includes roles in benefits administration at The Skills Group and Ruetgers-Nease Corporation, where skills in payroll data collection and benefits transition were developed. Douglas holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Bob Jones University.
