Samantha Wellington

Samantha Wellington is a seasoned legal and business executive currently serving as a Board Member for BSA | The Software Alliance and as the Executive Vice President of Business Affairs, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at TriNet since October 2016. At TriNet, Samantha leads a large team focused on delivering innovative HR solutions for small to medium-sized businesses and manages P&L for new business lines. Previously, Samantha held senior legal roles at Oracle Corporation, including Managing Counsel for Corporate Securities & Acquisitions, and has served on various boards, including NAPEO and Oracle Japan. Samantha holds an LLM specializing in Media, Communications, and Information Technology Law from UNSW, along with degrees in Corporate Law and Theatre from the University of Wollongong.
