Wendy Norris

Wendy Norris is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in driving operational efficiency, managing technology strategies, and leading teams across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of People Technology at TriNet since April 2023, Wendy previously held the position of Senior Solutions Consultant at Medallia, where responsibilities included driving revenue growth through technical solution design and product demonstrations. At Crowley Maritime, Wendy excelled as Director of Technology, managing a $5MM applications budget and building a team of 15 while overseeing technology across multiple departments. Earlier roles, including Director of Client Services at Service Management Group and Senior Consultant at MarketSphere Consulting, involved managing client accounts, developing data-driven initiatives, and implementing complex process changes. Wendy began her career as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen and served in the United States Marine Corps. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
