Olena Soboleva

Olena Soboleva has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Olena began their career as an analyst at Clear Water in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Olena then joined Mobile Synergy Group, where they held multiple roles, including IT support, technical support team lead, and functional analyst. After their tenure at Mobile Synergy Group, Olena worked at Central ticket office as a co-founder for a year. In 2015, they joined E-Consulting as a business/system/SQL analyst. After a year, they moved to Ciklum and worked as a system/data analyst for four years, specifically with Thomas Cook. Currently, they are working as a business system analyst at Trinetix since February 2020.

Olena Soboleva obtained a Master's degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 1999 and 2005. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2020, Data Analytics Fundamentals from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2019, and various Microsoft certifications such as MS: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, and MS: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application in 2015.
