Micheal Baxter has extensive experience in the drilling industry, currently serving as a Rig Manager at Trinidad Drilling since June 2017, after previously holding the same position with the company from October 2010 to 2017. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations and ensuring a safe work environment. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Toolpusher at Transocean from August 1993 to October 2010, where Micheal facilitated pre-job meetings and monitored drilling equipment maintenance.
