Sundeep Vira

Sundeep Vira serves as the Director of Data Analytics and Strategic Innovation and Dean of Business at Trinity Christian College since January 2020, focusing on teaching finance, business, consulting, and strategy classes while managing the department and launching experiential learning programs, internships, and a business incubator. Previously, Sundeep was the Chief Operations Officer at The Academy Group, Inc., from June 2017 to December 2020, where the mission was to build a national pipeline of young leaders from underserved communities. Sundeep has held significant roles in philanthropy, founding clean water projects and developing sanitation initiatives across Asia and Africa. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Oclaner Asset Management, overseeing its growth and private equity group, and holding leadership positions at Nuveen Investments and NWQ Asset Management in investment management and client relations. Sundeep holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College.
