Antoinette Quinn

Antoinette Quinn is an accomplished HR professional with substantial experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of HR at Trinity College Dublin since September 2017, Antoinette previously held the position of Global Director of Human Resources at Aer Rianta International cpt from February 2012 to April 2017. At Aer Rianta, a leading airport retailing company, Antoinette oversaw HR functions across diverse international markets. Prior roles include Head of HR Business Partners at Dublin Airport Authority from March 2008 to February 2012, where Antoinette managed a team focused on delivering strategic HR services, and Organisation Development Manager at Enterprise Ireland from January 2004 to January 2006, responsible for designing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Antoinette holds a Masters in HR Strategy from Dublin City University, awarded in 2006.
