Justin began his career in the events industry while completing his bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M University. He became the wait staff supervisor of the elite team of waiters that served the Board of Regents and Texas A&M’s president. He later broadened this experience in Houston, Austin and Dallas by working as a waiter captain with several well-known Texas caterers.

After serving as the Operations Director and Sales Manager in two different Dallas staffing companies, Justin continued on from there to earn an unparalleled reputation for excellence in the events industry. Now, as the VP of Marketing for Trinity Event Staffing, he is widely respected for his industry expertise that has steadily raised the bar for the event staffing industry at large. Both through his extensive experience and penchant for innovative solutions, Justin remains an influential figure for the events industry.
