Bryan Nader Cec

Bryan Nader CEC is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in food service management. Currently serving as Regional Executive Chef at Trinity Health since January 2018 and as Executive Chef/retail supervisor at Mercy Health Saint Mary's since November 2011, Bryan oversees food production and menu development for patients, staff, and catering events. Previous experience includes a role as Team Lead at Saint Mary's Hospital, where Bryan focused on enhancing patient satisfaction through food quality, and as Chef/kitchen manager at Real Food Cafe LLC, where menu development and inventory management were key responsibilities. Bryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts from Grand Rapids Community College, where culinary training was received from 1997 to 1999.
