Carrie Haupricht

Carrie Haupricht is an experienced Lead Program Manager with Trinity Health since May 2010, specializing in Epic EHR installations and the management of critical Cutover operations to transition hospital legacy systems, ensuring patient care and safety. Haupricht has a history of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams in the successful implementation of Epic and Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) systems, achieving a 100 percent success rate. Previous roles included Project Manager and Scrum Master, providing strategic advice to executives and acting as a liaison among various organizational teams. Before Trinity Health, Haupricht served as a User Liaison Coordinator at the University of Michigan Health System from March 2006 to May 2010. Haupricht holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual concentrations in Marketing and Business Management from Northwood University.
