Doug Penner, FACHE, FACMPE, currently serves as the Vice President at Saint Agnes Medical Foundation within Trinity Health. With a diverse background in healthcare operations, Doug has held various leadership roles at organizations such as Mercy, Elliot Health System, and Washington Hospital Healthcare System. Doug has also managed operations at Sutter Health, overseeing multiple departments like Neurosciences, Cardiology, and Internal Medicine. Doug holds an MBA from Indiana University, a MPH in Health Policy and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in International Studies/French from the University of Mississippi.
