Jim Smith

Jim Smith currently serves as the Mission Leader at Trinity Health, providing executive leadership to integrate and develop mission across various ministries. Previously, as System Director of Mission Integration at Benedictine, Jim focused on fostering a culture of respect and compassion among associates. As the Founder and Principal of FaithLife Revolution, Jim created numerous retreats and resources aimed at adult spiritual formation. Experience as Executive Director at Simpson Housing Services involved leading efforts to provide shelter and support for those experiencing homelessness. Jim also served as Pastor at Transfiguration Church, managing a large congregation, spearheading growth initiatives, and overseeing significant capital expansions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Spirituality from the University of San Francisco and both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of St. Thomas.
