June-Ann Garafano

June-Ann Garafano, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Saint Mary’s Hospital & Regional Medical Group, part of Trinity Health Of New England, overseeing HR matters for over 6,000 employees since January 2023. Prior to this role, June-Ann was the Director of Human Resources at All In Behavioral Health, and a Human Resources Consultant at Exude, Inc., where extensive HR consultation was provided. June-Ann also held positions as Director of HR & Organizational Effectiveness at Communally, Senior Director of Client Services at XpanseHR, HR Manager at Jefferson Health New Jersey, and HR Manager at Virtua Health and HCR ManorCare. June-Ann holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Business from Muhlenberg College.
