Cheryl Metz, RN, CHPN, serves as a Hospice and Palliative Care Educator at Trinity Health At Home since September 2021. With a background in nursing and equine management, Cheryl's diverse experience includes roles such as Clinical Manager at Baystate Visiting Nurse Association, where end-of-life care coordination and advocacy were emphasized, and Patient Care Coordinator at Liberty Home Care & Hospice, where leadership of a hospice team was showcased. Cheryl also held the position of Intake RN at Community Hospice of Columbia/Greene County, focusing on patient assessments and care planning.
