Nathan Chase

Nathan Chase worked as a Hospice Medical Director at Trinity Health At Home starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Owner of Clarkston Internal Medicine until September 2022.

Nathan Chase obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Michigan State University in the years 1976-1980. Following that, they pursued their medical education at Wayne State University School of Medicine, specializing in Internal Medicine, and completed their MD degree in the years 1980-1984.
