April May is a highly experienced corporate paralegal with over two decades in the legal field, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Trinity Industries, Inc. since May 2010. In this role, April May manages corporate records, collaborates with the Corporate Secretary on Board and Committee records, and oversees Canadian Personal Property Security Act filings, along with handling special research projects. Previous positions include Senior Principal Ninja Paralegal at SOURCECORP and Senior Paralegal supporting the litigation department, as well as roles at Builders FirstSource, CDX Gas, and Crown Group, where April May contributed to corporate governance, SEC filings, contractor licensing, and the establishment of an internal legal department.
