Sean Love

Sean Love is an experienced executive compensation professional with a robust background in various industries, currently serving as the Executive Compensation Lead at Trinity Industries, Inc. since August 2021. Prior roles include Consultant at Independent Compensation Consulting, Director of Executive Compensation at Tenet Healthcare, and Principal at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation, where expertise in executive compensation design, implementation, and administration was demonstrated. Sean has also held senior consultant positions at Buck Consultants, Ira T. Kay & Company, Hewitt Associates, Accenture, and Willis Towers Watson, contributing to projects that enhance shareholder engagement and ensure strategic alignment in compensation practices. Sean holds an MBA in Finance and Business Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, with additional studies toward a PhD in Business Economics at Harvard University.
