Baron Pugh

Baron Pugh is an experienced professional in the performing arts sector, currently serving as the Systems & Special Projects Manager and Director of Service & Experience at Trinity Repertory Company since July 2017. In this role, Baron leads all service operations to create an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers, overseeing various areas including box office and front of house operations, facilities, and security. Previous experience includes roles such as Box Office Manager and Scenic & Lighting Designer for Independent Theatre Technician, Director of Development at Wild Rumpus Productions, and CVPA Development Coordinator at George Mason University, where extensive event coordination and donor engagement were key responsibilities. Additionally, Baron has served as a Teaching Artist at Acting for Young People and held various customer service roles at GMU Center for the Arts, Wolf Trap Foundation, Texas Roadhouse, and Target. Baron holds a Master of Fine Arts in Set Design from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from George Mason University.
