Karl Moellering started their career as a Wastewater Trainee/ Operator at the City of Grapevine. Karl then moved on to become the Chief Operator/ Assistant Plant Manager before eventually transitioning to roles such as Water Plant Manager and Water Quality Technician. Currently, at the Trinity River Authority of Texas, Karl is serving as Project Manager for both DCRWS and MCRWS, overseeing plant expansions and managing compliance. Karl is well experienced in managing water and wastewater treatment plants and infrastructure improvements. Karl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M University.
