Esther Esparza

Esther Esparza joined the Office of Student Involvement and the Trinity University community in June 2015. Since her time here, she has been involved in student organizations, student leadership and development, and orientation programs.

Esther earned a B.A. from University of Oregon, and a M.S. from Oregon State University. Her prior experience includes multicultural affairs, student activities, student organizations, student leadership, fraternity and sorority life, fundraising, academic support, orientation, and graduate program management.

In her current role as Assistant Director for Orientation Programs, Esther develops and implements all new student and family orientation programs, oversees the Orientation Team (O-Team), and serves on the leadership team within Student Involvement.

In her spare time, Esther enjoys exploring the many delicious restaurants within San Antonio, cross training, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
