Anand Balasubramanian

Anand Balasubramanian is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications at Trinseo since January 2017. In this role, Anand defines and executes the vision and strategy for global enterprise applications, collaborating with IT, business, and executive leadership to enhance the IT operating model and application architecture. Prior to this, Anand held positions at Trinseo as Project Director for SAP and spent eight years at West Pharmaceutical Services, where responsibilities included directing global IT application architecture and managing the SAP Competency Center. Anand's earlier experience includes roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions and Deloitte, where expertise in SAP projects and enterprise applications was developed across various industries. Anand holds an M.B.A. from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, a Master’s Degree from Bucknell University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
