Cindy Schanck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Customer Service Team Leader and previously as a Customer Service Representative at Trinseo since January 2019, Cindy excels as a North America Customer Service Subject Matter Expert, utilizing ERP systems and order management tools to optimize customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Cindy spent nearly nine years at The Lubrizol Corporation as an International Customer Service Representative and also as an Internal Auditor focusing on ISO-9001 and RC-14001 standards. Cindy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration with an allied health minor from Central Michigan University and an Associate’s Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Delta College.
