Natalia Scherbakoff

Natalia Scherbakoff has extensive work experience in the field of technology and innovation. Natalia held leadership positions in various companies such as Trinseo, Plastic Omnium, and Owens Corning. Their roles involved leading innovation and technology strategies, driving global organizations, and managing research and development teams. Natalia also served as a board member for Clayens NP and a member of the supervisory board for CIECH Group. Additionally, Natalia was an official member of Forbes Technology Council. Throughout their career, they have been accountable for the delivery of innovations and technology in various industries such as automotive, construction, and engineering plastics.

Natalia Scherbakoff holds an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia. Natalia also has a Master's in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, they hold a Corporate Board Member Certification in Senior Executive Development from emlyon business school. Natalia also completed an Executive Development program in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge. Lastly, they obtained a PhD in Material Science from Case Western Reserve University.
