Tammy Klotz

Tammy Klotz has accumulated a wealth of experience throughout their career. Tammy began their journey as the Global Information Technology Leader at Air Products and Chemicals in 1992, where they rejuvenated the network support team and implemented a Service Delivery & Recovery Model. Tammy also played a key role in translating strategic objectives into innovative IT solutions for the company's business units. In 2013, Tammy became the Head of IT Audit and Internal Audit at the same company, revolutionizing their approach to cybersecurity and injecting fresh energy into the Global Audit Team Meeting.

In 2016, they joined Versum Materials as the Chief Information Security Officer, where they successfully delivered a comprehensive Cyber Security Program and transformed their cloud-centric strategy and infrastructure within a short span of 18 months.

Tammy then moved on to Covanta in 2020, serving as the Chief Information Security Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Interim Co-Chief Information Officer. In this role, they played a crucial role in establishing a robust Cyber Security Program and took on additional responsibilities overseeing Infrastructure and Cyber as the Chief Technology Officer.

Most recently, as of 2023, Tammy has joined Trinseo as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Tammy Klotz attended William Allen High School from 1984 to 1988. Tammy then went on to attend Cedar Crest College from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Math/CompSci and Secondary Education.

In addition to their formal education, Tammy has also obtained several certifications. In September 2016, they earned the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control™ (CRISC) certification from ISACA. The following month, in October 2016, they obtained the (ISC)2 Security CISSP (ISC2-CISSP) certification from (ISC)². Their most recent certification is the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, which they obtained in February 2017.
