The team has a strong background in food and nutrition from The University of Southern Mississippi. Additionally, the team has experience in operations management from companies such as Valley Services, Inc. and Jackie's International. Most recently, the team was Culinary Director at Claremont Restaurant Group in Mooresville, NC. This experience gives the team a well-rounded perspective on the food service industry and how to best provide meals for the community.
