Derya Uğur began their career in 2010 as a Tıbbı Sekreter at ÖZEL ÜMİT HASTANELERİ. In 2013, they moved to Borusan Oto as a Satış Müşteri Temsilcisi. In 2019, they joined Trio Mobil as a Strategic Account Sales Manager, Project Manager, and Müşteri İlişkileri Yöneticisi.

Derya Uğur attended Anadolu University from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained their Lisans Derecesi in Business and Management, General.
