Jeremy Browning

Jeremy Browning is an accomplished professional in real estate and project management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Jeremy serves as the Managing Member at Oceanport Realty Capital since May 2022 and has been the Managing Director and Member at Trio Properties LLC since September 2008. Previously, Jeremy held the position of Executive Vice President at 72 Residential LLC from January 2013 to March 2021, and served as Senior Project Manager at both Tarragon Corporation and Tarragon Development Corporation from 2004 to 2008. Early career experience includes a role as a Landscape Architect at Sudbury Design Group from 1999 to 2004. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Rhode Island, completed in 1999, along with additional education from the University of Southern California.
