Blanca Enríquez is an experienced professional in the field of food science and technology with a diverse background in research, instruction, and product development. Currently serving as a Study Manager and Data Validation Specialist at TRIO - Translational Research in Oncology since October 2020, Blanca has previously held roles as a Research Assistant at Sakai Spice and a Ph.D. student at the University of Alberta, where research focused on developing fortified food products for cancer patients. Additional experience includes serving as a Sessional Instructor and Teaching Assistant, as well as positions in innovation and quality analysis at PEISA FOODS and Barcel, respectively.
