Jemma Thomas has a strong background in customer service and management roles. Jemma started their career at Barclays Bank in 1998 as a Branch Manager and worked there for ten years. Jemma then joined Barclays UK as a Premier Relationship Manager for a year. In 2009, they moved to Nationwide Building Society and held positions as a Senior Branch Manager, District Sales Manager, and Senior Manager in Customer Operations. In 2016, Jemma joined Triodos Bank as a Customer Experience Manager, then progressed to Customer Engagement Manager, and is currently serving as the Head of Customer Service.
Jemma Thomas completed their A levels at Torquay Girls' Grammar School from 1990 to 1997. Jemma then pursued a Level 6 Diploma in Strategic Management and Innovation from LIBF between 2020 and 2021. Currently, Jemma is studying for a postgraduate degree in Senior Leadership at the University of Exeter Business School, which they are expected to complete from 2022 to 2024.
