As our Director of Sales you can expect to: 

  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships with a focus on consultative selling and providing real value to our clients  
  • Work with the Director of Operations to set and maintain budgeted sales targets 
  •  Collaborate with Head of Marketing to create and distribute sales collateral and resources such as webinars, one-pagers, and case studies 
  • Manage Trip Ninja conference attendance, appearance, and organization. Represent Trip Ninja at international trade events as required
  • Provide customer feedback to the Product and Marketing teams for inclusion into Trip Ninja's technology 
  • Deliver individual and team sales quotas through client and team management 
  • Expand and mentor the sales team 
  • Establish processes and improvements to support sales efforts across Trip Ninja 
  • Develop global client relationships, with a focus on EMEA sales     Required Qualifications & Experience: 
  • 5+ years of B2B technology enterprise sales experience, with travel industry experience preferred 
  • Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot preferred) 
  • Experience selling to Director-level and above 
  • Experience managing a team 
  • Good understanding of business financials, with broad experience in budget planning, management, and forecasting    Desired Qualifications & Experience: 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Independent worker 
  • Highly developed decision-making, problem solving and interpersonal skills 
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required, but any additional major language an advantage. 
  • Strong network in the travelling business at all levels
