In addition to being owner and CEO of Tripak Industries, Eric Hashim is the founder of Tripak Real Estate LLC, a real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition of commercial real estate in the industrial sector. Tripak Real Estate’s first acquisition was 6 industrial properties located in Tarentum, PA, alongside Tripak Industries’ headquarters, which the firm also acquired. Mr. Hashim was previously in senior leadership positions at Orora Landsberg, EMM Investments, and Cenveo.

Mr. Hashim completed his undergraduate degree at Emory University and received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
