Ryan Alfonso Marpaung

Ryan Alfonso Marpaung is currently the Lead HC Project Representative at TRIPATRA, where RYAN ALFONSO previously held the position of Head of Organization Development & Talent Acquisition. Before that, RYAN ALFONSO worked as an Organization Development Specialist at PT Surya Citra Media, Tbk and as an Organization Development Officer at BCA Finance. Ryan holds a Master's Degree in MM SDM from Universitas Esa Unggul and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management of Telecommunication from Telkom University.
