Marten De Boer

Marten de Boer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marten currently holds the position of Partner at Triple A - Risk Finance since January 2024. Prior to this role, they served as the Practice Leader Actuarial Technology from January 2021 to December 2023. Marten also held the position of Voorzitter ondernemingsraad, serving as the chairman of the works council from January 2016 to January 2021. Marten started their career at Triple A as a Risk Consultant in July 2007 and was later promoted to Senior Risk Consultant, a role they held from January 2013 to December 2020. Before their tenure at Triple A, Marten worked as a Junior Pensioenconsultant at Mercer HR Consulting from May 2005 to June 2007. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Examencommissie Wiskunde & Statistiek at Actuarieel Instituut from October 2009 to September 2014.

Marten de Boer completed their education at various institutions. From 1995 to 2001, they attended Don Bosco College and obtained their VWO degree. Following that, they pursued Actuariële Wetenschappen at the University of Amsterdam from 2001 to 2009, earning their MSc degree. In 2008, they also attended the Actuarieel Instituut for three years and received a degree in Actuaris (AAG). In 2012, they enrolled at the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and obtained the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification in 2013. In 2015 and 2016, they furthered their education in WFT Basis, Vermogen, and Pensioen at NIBE-SVV Opleidingen‎.
