Maranda Manning

Maranda has a diverse background working with early-stage companies. Having started her career at Techstars running the day to day operations of the program in Kansas City, she has held roles as the Director of Marketing at a local startup, SquareOffs, and most recently as Principal at Firebrand Ventures; a seed-stage VC fund where she managed dozens of new investments, supported the portfolio and worked closely with her partners to grow the firm.

Maranda holds a degree in English Language Literature from the University of Kansas. When she is not working, you can find her outside getting her hands dirty, gardening, playing with her dog Wallace, or going for a hike.
