Kathrine Kaufman

Kathrine Kaufman has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kathrine currently holds the position of Head of People at TripleLift since October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director, Global Revenue & Learning and Development at TripleLift from January 2021 to November 2023. Before joining TripleLift, Kathrine worked as a People Partner at TripleLift from July 2019 to January 2021. Kathrine also has experience working in various HR roles at companies such as Optoro, Gartner, Opower, Charles River Development, Collaborative Consulting, and iCAD.

Kathrine Kaufman received their B.A. in Communication Arts from the University of New Hampshire-Manchester, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In addition, they hold certifications in E-Verify, PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and SHRM-CP from SHRM.
