Molly Townsend

Molly Townsend has worked in the real estate industry since 2004. Molly began their career as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at The Developers Group, where they did over $50M in new development condo sales. In 2009, they joined Rose Associates as a New Development Leasing Manager, where they oversaw all aspects of leasing from marketing to sales to operations. Molly then moved to Douglas Elliman Real Estate in 2014, where they held the roles of Executive Manager of Sales, Director of Sales for Quay Tower Condominium, and Executive Manager of Sales. In 2020, they joined Triplemint as VP of Sales and Senior Managing Director of Sales. Most recently, they began working for The Agency RE in 2022 as Senior Vice President, Managing Partner.

Molly Townsend attended Colby College and College of the Atlantic, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Ecology.
