Arianna Favia

Arianna Favia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Arianna is currently the Director of Sales - Central at Tripleseat, a role they started in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at the same company from July 2022 to June 2023.

Before their time at Tripleseat, Arianna held various roles at BOKA Restaurant Group. Arianna served as the National Director of Event Sales from April 2021 to June 2022, where they created yearly event sales strategies, managed teams, and produced events across multiple locations. Arianna also worked as the Director of Event Sales - Restaurants from January 2020 to April 2021, focusing on improving the sales process and supervising team members. From November 2017 to January 2020, they served as the Senior Event Sales Manager for Momotaro, The Izakaya & Bellemore, where they implemented best practices and created standard operating procedures for the events team.

Arianna's earlier experience includes roles such as a Catering Sales Manager at Paramount Events from May 2016 to November 2017, where they focused on corporate events and collaborated with the culinary and staffing teams. Arianna also worked at The HON Company, starting as a Sales and Marketing Specialist in June 2014 and later transitioning to roles such as Solutions Account Associate, Sales Resource Associate, and Business Development Associate.

In addition, they have served as a Certified Trainer/Server/Bartender at Old Chicago Restaurants from August 2012 to April 2014, where they trained new employees and oversaw their performance. Arianna also interned at BOUTIQUE BITES, LLC in 2012 and worked as an Assistant Coordinator at The Wheeler Mansion from July 2011 to January 2012.

Arianna Favia attended Bradley University's Foster College of Business from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
