Bjarte Espedokken has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bjarte started their career as a Warehouse Worker at TINE SA in 2011 and later worked as a Journalist at Sandnesposten and Gjesdalbuen, where they were responsible for sports coverage and worked on graphical projects and developing digital solutions. In 2016, they worked as a Student Assistant at NTNU. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Project Assistant at Gkhygen. Bjarte then worked as a Consultant at Nordsjø Media AS and Direktoratet for mineralforvaltning. In 2018, they interned at Visma and later became a Management Trainee, working on strategic projects such as Legal Tech and API Strategy. In 2020, Bjarte joined Tripletex AS, initially as a Business Developer and later became the Team Lead for Business Development, responsible for driving the company's data strategy, exploring new business opportunities, and pricing and packaging. Currently, they serve as the Head of Insights & Business Development at Tripletex AS.

Bjarte Espedokken completed their education with a Master's degree in Industrial economics and technology management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2014 to 2019. During this time, they also participated in an exchange program at the Technical University of Munich, studying Betriebswirtschaftslehre from 2016 to 2017. Prior to their university education, Bjarte attended Akademiet videregående skole in Sandnes from 2010 to 2013, pursuing Studiespesialisering med realfag, although no specific degree was mentioned. In addition to their academic achievements, Bjarte also obtained the ISPMA Certified Software Product Manager certification from the iSQI Group in June 2021.
