Matt Otto

Matt Otto is a Vice President at TripleTree focused on supporting the firm’s new business development, client engagement, and transaction execution activities. Additional responsibilities include market research and industry trend analysis.

Prior to joining TripleTree, Matt was a Senior Associate at Cherry Tree & Associates, a middle-market investment bank, where he supported the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Matt worked on over two dozen engagements across a wide range of industries. He also supported the family office of a Cherry Tree co-founder, providing support to numerous portfolio companies.

Matt earned a B.S.B. in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
