Karina Labrie is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Directrice RH et Paie at TRISTAN since April 2024. Prior to this role, Karina held several positions at TC Transcontinental from October 2012 to December 2023, including Senior Director of HR and Partnerships for corporate functions, Director of Organisational Development and Talent Acquisition, and various managerial roles in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Additionally, Karina served as a Business Partner HR for stores at Groupe Yellow Inc. from September 2011 to October 2012 and held HR Advisor and Store Manager positions at Boutique JACOB Inc. from November 2002 to September 2011. Karina is currently pursuing an Advanced Course in Executive Coaching at Erickson Coaching International and holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Administration from HEC Montréal, along with education from Université de Sherbrooke.
