He has more than 18 years of experience in HR with some of the Fortune 100 companies like GE, Schneider Electric, Dell, etc. With a deep understanding of HR functions, he has a track record of driving successful HR initiatives that are aligned with the business objectives of organizations. He possesses a keen understanding of the legal systems and labor laws of GCC countries. He has worked across various industries such as Information Technology, ITeS, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, etc. He has an MBA from St John’s University and Engineering degree from JNTU.
