Durgesh Pandey is our Group Head of Human Resources. He has more than 20 years of experience in HR with some of the Fortune 100 companies like GE, Schneider Electric, Dell, etc. With a deep understanding of HR functions, he has a track record of driving successful HR initiatives that are aligned with the business objectives of organizations. He possesses a keen understanding of the legal systems and labor laws of GCC countries. He has worked across various industries such as Information Technology, ITeS, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, etc. He has an MBA from St John’s University and Engineering degree from JNTU.
