Michel Legra Fleitas

Michel Legra Fleitas has extensive work experience in the field of IT and engineering. Michel started their career at Data Centers MIC in 2009, where they served as a Senior Oracle Database Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for installing, upgrading, and maintaining Oracle databases and troubleshooting related issues.

In 2015, Michel joined Mariel Container Terminal as a Senior Oracle Database Administrator. Here, they focused on building a datacenter recovery strategy and overseeing the operation of deployed technologies. Michel also led research and development activities.

Following their time at Mariel Container Terminal, Michel worked at Brascuba as an IT Project Manager. In this role, they coordinated technical design work streams and designed datacenter topologies for disaster recovery. Michel also developed both high-level and low-level design for hardware and software infrastructure layers.

Next, Michel served as a Pre-Sales IT Consultant at Electrónica Ara SL. Michel planned, designed, and implemented IT architecture for a client's new fabric in Havana/Cuba. Michel also presented new products to clients, managed sales and marketing strategies, and provided technical support for sold equipment and solutions.

In 2021, Michel joined Hub3 as a System Engineer, specializing in the installation, upgrade, and synchronization of storage systems, particularly Pure Storage.

Currently, Michel works at Tritan Software as a DevOps Engineer | DBA. In this role, they build and maintains the company's infrastructure in Linux, collaborates with various teams, automates server builds and security-related tasks, deploys software using automation servers, and provides strategic vision in engineering solutions.
