Eric Bustos

Eric Bustos has a strong background in engineering and operations management. Eric began their career at Kaiser Tool Company as an Applications Engineer, where they worked for eight years. Eric then moved on to Franklin Electric as a Sr. Project Engineer, handling capital equipment projects and supporting the Mexico plant. At CCT Enterprises, Eric worked as an Operations Manager for two years. Eric then joined AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer. In 2012, Eric joined Metaldyne, where they initially served as a Manufacturing Engineer and later became an Operations Manager. Their current position is as the Director Of Engineering at Triton Metal Products, where they lead the engineering and fixture department team members to ensure continuous improvement in product quality, throughput, and ease of use.
